Bruno Quaranta è nato a Torino nel 1953. Formatosi nel «Giornale» di Indro Montanelli, da alcuni anni lavora a «Tuttolibri», il settimanale di letteratura, saggistica, attualità culturale de «La Stampa». È autore di Stile Arpino - Una vita torinese (Sei): una città e il suo testimone privilegiato, fra anni Cinquanta e anni Ottanta.
